Short videos and plain-English answers to help you prepare for client conversations, understand when a referral may be useful, and set realistic expectations before the next finance step.
The useful first question is whether the information may be inaccurate, incomplete or not properly reported. Clear Credit Solutions can assess the circumstances and explain the next step. If it is correct and fairly listed, we will tell you that too.
Payment does not automatically remove the listing. It may be updated to show it has been paid, but payment alone is not grounds for removing accurate information.
Correct, fairly listed reporting generally remains on the file. A finance impact or the passage of time is not, on its own, a basis for removal.
Where a default, black mark or judgment has not been listed correctly, the listing may be able to be corrected or removed. That is the part we assess.
